What to do in this semester?
Uhuh, this is my last semester and hmm...trying to make my life interesting.
But then, Single for so long, Wish to have a girl friend...Parents, whole family (uncle&auntie) are waiting for me to have a girl friend.... haha

I'm not desperate in love anymore. Just i know that... Love "come loh...lai loh" "Man man dang lah" haha ! Seriously are from naturally what....but then how long that you can wait? for your truth love? good for your future?
Other than that, Hmm... I wanted to find a part time job cause this semester just only have 2 subjects which is Computer Applications and Principle of Marketing.
There's a scary part, ALL JUNIORS ARE SURROUNDING ME ! and they are just in 2nd semester or 3rd semester.. Oh my Shit ! haha...but then..is a good thing, Not to look down or look up. Make a new friend ^^. I think I failed interviewed the job at BUCH....
What a coincidences, They just hired a new staff member to handle the Upper Side East Deli....
I'm so sad...cause part time job is really hard to find a kitchen part timer. even you found but the time is not that you expected.
I had learned a lesson.....Thanks to Alex who taught me...

What else can do in this semester? Uhuh, i know. To improve my culinary skills since i so free in this semester....I'm waiting for the next Competition, FHM ! here i really come and take my revenge. Set Target: Gold or Gold with Distinction. In year 2009 , I got silver...the reason why i cant get gold because that was the FIRST DAY, FIRST HOUR . and i didn't pass up the recipe....haha this I let Chef Malcolm Goh , Chef Roiz gan jiong (Nervous). But then , because of hard worked, I got silver, Wilfred and Keegan got bronze medal in FHM.
Feel like alot things have to do before I die.. God Bless....
Uhuh, Now really restarted my Blog edi....good good... not bad .

好男人不好当 It;s hard to be a Good Man.
Haha..... Why can't we to be a bad boy?
For me, as a man, I understand. Why to be a good man.
1) Responsibility
2)For the future, for your own good. Do not blame any bad people.
3)To take care all the people who around you. And to think which is important at first.
4) Be confident in everything. Do not lost confidence otherwise you gonna be mad at this world, for life.
5)Have to be patient. Not to rush , but then easily to let people misunderstanding.
Anyway, "PATIENCE" is very hard to control
Sometimes, yes it's easy but sometimes, it is Bloody hard to control your emotion.
Just like me, People can see me very easy to see my stressful emotion.
I'm still learning how to stay clam and be patient for everything.
Nah...un-patient doesn't mean i will straight away punch people.

When I was in Intern, A sous Chef taught me alot lesson. And he showed to me that How the real man, real guy is. He has to take care of his family as well as the whole kitchen.
"你是不是男人，是男人的话，敢敢上，敢敢来。 不是的话，跟自己讲你是超阿瓜 ！ "
" Are you a man ? if you're a man, just do it ! if you are not, tell yourself you are the CHAO AH GUA! "
uhuh...that he told me. so because of that word, I become a well confident person. what did he say is quite true.
If I dont have confident , how to be a man?
Honestly, I was get bullied since i was small....actually until now... why? May be I was born in low self- esteem person, emotional , think too much like a girl, easy to cry.
But then, I tell myself, i dont want to get bully anymore...so I changed. And now people said I'm showing off person , LC , over high-self esteem person. uhuh....when i realized that , I feel I'm lonely and like getting anti from my friend...
well.....May be I just know that I show my talent to everyone, so that everyone wont bully me again, step on my head . or may be get influence from Singaporean Culture.
what to do? haha...I'm changing again and learn from mistake.
To be a good man, must know where is your mistake, and change for it , do for it.
Haha Sorry that sometimes i will run out of the topic, I think I have nothing much to write more about a good man.
Good Man, It is not easy to be. Have to take care of two sides whether which is right which is wrong.
Good Man, Have to keep their secret and just listening what they are sharing to you. Do not spread it out.
Good Man, Keep a promise and Must make it come true even it is impossible , especially to promise a girl or a girl that you really love and care.
Good Man, Do not just talk and didn't do something
Good Man, Cannot let girls cry because of you.

Hey guys !
I'm back ! Haha....long time didn't touch blog and i feel rusty !
Well, well , well actually i also don't know what can write , what to post in the blog. But then, let's talk about LIFE.
What Do You Think About Life?

MONEY for Life? LOVE for Life? DREAM for Life?
Anything for Life? haha....
For me... Life let us know , How to love and protect the Earth. I guess?
For me I understand, We should Love our earth only get to know how to Love each other.
For me I know we have to take care of the earth only we can survive peacefully.
For me I certainly understand that LIFE will let you feel the happiness, enjoyable, suffer, stress, pain, hurts, etc.
I wonder how the GOD create us and to have those kind of these Emotions, but I know that if Human in the life without any challenges , Life will get bored at all. so called " LIFELESS"
Must Life to have Love? I mean as in Love a guy/lady in your life?
Nahh.... I just know Love are from naturally. I admit that i desperate in love before. that was last year. A girl who just came into our college in year 2010. She is cute, She is kind , She is great, She is friendly ,She is pretty, She is awesome. In my both eyes, first impression to let me feel that I wanted to protect this girl, take care of this girl , to love her and giving her Happiness in a new family, to build a good family. Well, i wanted to be a good husband, take care of my new family in my future. Lol just because of her, My life changed. I worked hard , I never give up, I willing to learn even always get scolded by chefs/lecturer. Because i want to improve and to show that I willing to do and be a good husband in the future. Because of her , I had to sacrifice my beloved sleeping hour to chat with her until midnight because She will just online at 10p.m every night. Then i lack of sleeping and pimples growth more and more. I didn't blame her cause this I willing to do.
haha ! Was I so stupid/idiot? I guess I'm , Everyone keep asking me to give up and don't waste my time for her. Is that true? Previously, I don't think so. If there's a chance for me to wait, why not? my previous answer, I will wait. No matter how long, til I die.
After a year, When i was in Singapore for my industrial training, I had changed a lot and I definitely become a Well confidence person, tough and fit. Lol.
"After you came back from Internship, I saw you become a real Man, and you improved alot! " From Mr.Resh.
Lol. so, I had patient for a year that I didn't ask her to be with me. But then, I talked everything to her, tell that I love her, I like her, blah blah blah ......just to let her know how is my feel.
The answer........ Treat me as a good friend , not more than that. Uh-uh...Is it pain ? Do you feel the pain ? that you WORKED so HARD, and set a Plan for the future? Dream On and had been crushed?
Haha....I felt I am so stupid. Immature in love. By the way, It's life ..this is life. I deserved the Pain.

Start from the beginning again?
Hey ! Guys ! I'm back ~
Long time never touch my blog already...haha...
Because I don't have thing to write... I can't think what I can write in this blog..
My mind is empty. haha..So...gotcha...
I realized that I'm still haven't found out my truth love, my dream girl...and i keep dreaming and thinking...which girl is my truth love...LOL quite emo , huh ? From last weekend.. I realized that I'm a person who is a man without his love story. Is that true for me? I had no idea..Hmm..
What can i do in my life?
Well......Just need my life to make it simple and peaceful..
Am i starting from the beginning again?

He played basketball with us , He is always be happy and have fun with us. Always hang out with T.S them. Have Joke , Have stress, ponteng together during secondary time. Sleep during history class, read comic always in class. Fun always.....
Past already...and..we have to accept the truth.

Sigh..may be this is what we called "Destiny" and "Fate"
then how about 2012 !?

[Ahmeii] Sushi Queen's Birthday 26/09/09
Yesterday had a nice dinner with her....I know her since the end month of 2007. So now, 2009 already..haha the time past so so so freaking fast....LOL
I brought her to Kiku-Zakura for dinner... When she and me were finished our dinner, main course...I wanted to sing birthday song to her...but haha..she's so shy so i didn't sing...jus ask the waitstress bring the cake with light of candle...to her.
She was so surprising that I bought a cake to celebrate with her...
