Hell Kitchen...

Thursday....haha...Only 5 person plus two or three chef to serve 33 customers ! this is gonna crazy man...xD as u all know , table De Note menu , that have one starter , one Main Course and one Dessert. so that i had in charged dessert part....haha xD...33 x 3 total 99 dishes..we need to make it ...as soon as posible..this is gonna crazy....i tot we are already Dead , end of the world....in kitchen..but luckily Chef Darren manage the work very Perfectly ! if not, we're going to die ...xD
his organization is very smooth and nice. so that we can cook and handing the pressure..luckily i din't get scold by him....i'm safed today xD..
