Finally , Open day is over! xD

Haha open day finally over! I can take a long rest =DD because Open Day working hour is from 9am to 6pm...We can't sit while doing work...we have to stand from 9am to 6pm.....scary? haha...it's quite Fun for me because We are not really serious and not so playful....Sometimes we hav joke and sometimes we have to serious to serve the food...

By the way, I had learn some nice dishes ! haha..this is the good chance that I din't miss.
Fusion Pasta, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Banana Muffin (pumpkins seed with Chocolate & Almond flakes with Raisin) AND I had learned some disher from Chef Melcom but I don't think that i can cook it..because I'm work with him in yesterday only. What i had learn from Chef Melcom, that is how to Garnish the food, how to serve the food, How to decorate the dishes, well the food that hav 6 dishes , Two main course, Two dessert, Two Starter.

Besides, today is my bad day because All my friend prefer me to sell THE CHEESE CAKE to outside the guest or Lecture...before sell the cheese cake, I had sell the Muffin also....Just after Muffin, then sell the cheese cake...gosh..tired...din't realise? sad....
so this is called " Trolley Sales"

Life from last Thrusday to Sunday [19-22/3/09]

Just that night only got Event, that is playing basketball...xD just nothing special...just play with my friend, but sad because don't have form and mood to play on that day....just noob xDD haha

On Friday , my friends and i was went to school because we need to prepare the stuff or ingredient for Open Day tomorrow , Berjaya University College Of Hospitality =DD
after we finished to prepare the stuff thing , then we straight to go for dinner , the time is already 7pm.
We prefer to go Nando's at Sungei Wang Plaza.
wao...at the Nando's Restaurant, their Menu is very cool ....got choose the level of the spice.
There's got 4 types of the level , Lemon & Herb , Mild , Spicy , and Hot Spicy [Not sure just write it out only. xD]

Our school have a event , Open Day ! everyone will help the lecturer on that day , I help Chef Siew Lee to do "Fusion Pasta" haha this dishes is easy to learn and the taste is Nice =D xD not only this....i also know how to make BlueBerry Cheese Cake ! yosh....haha but Blueberry Cheese Cake is not easy to make....it need alot Ingredients.....and the Equipment of the Kitchen..is quite Expenssive so that i can't do it at home....sigh...by the way . Is a nice Cake...if you want to try...please come on this Saturday and Sunday ! Berjaya University College Of Hospitality Open Day , 11th floor , west wing , Time Square. =DD don't Miss it ! You will get Regret if you don't go =PP

Just Finished Malaysian Studies , Food Studies , Understanding Food& Beverage Services..
These three papers...is totally HARD.....Crazy Hard Paper...
Last Sunday, I just started to study my Food Studies....Wah kao...just killing me....because Food Studies have alot of information...such as What Is Herbs? What is the function of Herbs? How many type of Herbs? What we can use in herbs? describe it ....not only herbs...Spices, Oil and Milk product, Fruits, Vegetables, Cooking Method...bla bla bla.....there's too many.....but Exam came out the question is.......Little Bit only...
By the way....over mean over..how should i do ? depends...see pass or not pass...not pass then in SEM TWO have to retake again...i am already prepared to retake...but I tried my best til the last....
Understanding Food& Beverage Services....wah kao..more dead..i din't study this subject...i just use common sense to write it out in to the test pad.....haha xDD.....totally Sux !!!
Tomorrow is the last paper....English...I hope i can do the best ....best best best !

Not Happy..

Today....i went bck early from College cause i need to take my result..
Before in College, I was very nervous....cause i don't think that i can score Perfect marks.By the way I knw that i did try my best already. so today...will knw the result....
When I reach my secondary school....friends are arrived earlier than me...haha....before spm result show out...of course got Speech. haha...I was felt surprised that teacher announced that 24 out of 86 students , they got 5A'S above...this gonna crazy...this is the new record in our school...haha..these 24 students sure i knw them =D..but i feel regret why i dun study harder and will be like them ? Its too late to Apologize....is too late..../___\" some people who did anything and problem , they won't regret..for me. I will always think my feedback....REGRET...sigh...

One friend , who teach me any subjects, Chee Lai Quen. She got 8 A's in SPM....in 5 Arts class 2008 , Lim Tzu Yu , Charlotte Tong , Chee Lai Quen.. 10A's , 9A's ,8 A's.....wao...that's crazy man...God LIKE Beyond !...

I was...dissapointed..like World End edi.. Upset , Moody, Thinkiing... this is my result.
But it's not fair for me because I just read little bit Nilai only for my Moral Subject , I got Credit in Moral .
BM i study the most harder subject....i got pass ! What the Hack ! WHY like this !
BM i do Bahagian B 8 paragraph , each paragraph have 10 line above....total 800 or 900 words..
BM....PaSS....but friend said : "BM pass can already ..no need credit..."
I need Credit in my BM lahhh..... sigh.... T-T Then when i get in the car , Mum very very worried
abt it...and see " HUH? " then i explained to her Passing marks... She was feel like...happy
already because she know my result is not very good .... Dad more worried abt my result...When he saw my result , He happy too...because i Pass my BM ==...kinda weird right? for me, I'm not happy to get this result...is totally SUX....SERIOUSLY...SUX !!

Culinary Arts, I won't let myself disappointed again. Next week is Final Exam...hope that SPM result don't effect my studies.

Tutorial English program....i just realize that I'm still weak in English , especially basic skill. Article, processed adverb,All thing is weak how come ? Not only that , i keep doing the same mistake and make me so confusing....gosh.
Listening skill for me is okay but the writing skill like make me get worst ='[ may be i'm not full concentrate during English class..
I felt so regret..because I did not do it well in primary , secondary time....i just realized but is too late..can't return the time back ....can't buy TIME PACKAGE....can't fast forward......by the way....still have long way to go...so don't think back again...over is over, new is new. =[

Why ar ? why now life are so damn complicated ==' , i hav my Assignment ,my Homework ,my Presentation , wht else.....xD that's too many for me xD
i still realize that i am still emo when the mood is bad , angry ...gosh....everyone sure hav this mood b4 right? my College fren asked me dun be emo . well...i will try to change this mistaken as soon as possible ...then will be a nice guy ...haha....kidding. xD

Today , i had attended the talk..." STRESS" how to solve this problem....well..actually i dun wan to go this talk also can cause....the solve problem....it jus a common sense. nth much .....but good thing is just remind me again..h aha when in the stress time, i can try to solve it xD .
for example to solve the stress problem xD:
1st, breath , deeply.
2nd) turn our head to the left , 4 sec , head to the right , 4 sec ,down , 4 sec...like YOGA ! lol~
3rd) Massage ur neck , shoulder , head and arm ! xDD
looks like so relaxing right? xD yea...this is the method to relax our mind XD~
